Recruitment & Onboarding Administration Specialist with Dutch and/or German 
Location: Prague
Contract: Full-time, maternity cover

The Recruitment & Onboarding Administration Specialist takes ownership of the administration tasks related to recruitment and onboarding process. This may include coordinating background checks, generating offers and initiating provisioning for new joiners. 

YOUR Responsibilities and YOUR Impact:

  • Native or at least advanced level of Dutch
  • Good knowledge of German is a big advantage
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication and organization skills, attention to detail
  • Customer Service mindset 
  • Proactive approach and willingness to learn
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Experience in HR administration welcomed, but not required
  • User knowledge of MS Office
