Sales Support Pharma CZ/SK

Contract: 12 months contract

As Sales Support YOU will:

• Assist in the administration, implementation and tracking of sales activities and programs for Sales Pharma CZ/SK team
• Responsible for meeting planning and facilitation, presentations, training courses, and other duties.
• Provide team support to the staff of sales administration.

• Daily support to Head of Sales Pharma and whole sales department
• Preparation of sales reports and presentations, customer sales analyses, price lists, listing of products in Pharmdata / Pharminfo, distributors and pharma chains
• Close cooperation with regulatory dept to ensure compliance of all customer marketing materials
• Active communication with customers and suppliers, participation in negotiations
• Organization of meetings, accommodation, flight tickets
• Participation in the projects of sales department
• Back-up for Sales Support Coordinator CZ/S to Commercial Director during her absence
• Work in internal systems– invoices, purchase orders, new vendors setting
• Works with employees to resolve problems
• Fulfill other tasks or duties set by direct manager
