 Arrange conference and travel reservations for leaders , Create, transcribe and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
 Support and collaborate with other departments
 Support pipeline and application of internal project

 Assist in head count costs and budget
 Collect information maintain database, sort and file the document , review and transfer files
 Communicate verbally and in writing go answer inquiries and provides information
 Prepare and mail checks
 Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, fax machine etc.

5-8 years working experience
Bachelor degree
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Professional English both in written and orally
Good at office software
Good time management
