Johnson & Johnson Technology Services organization is currently recruiting for an IT Lead, Production Planning (PP) / Quality Management (QM). This position is located in Bridgewater, NJ.

The incumbent will support the design and implementation of PP and QM processes, cross modules improvements, standard solutions and interfaces for North America SAP systems. This role will work together with a team of multi-skilled and multi-grade individuals to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will build positive relationships with the business at various levels of the organization and will communicate effectively with the different business partners.
The IT Lead, Production Planning / Quality Management designs, develops, enhances and implements technical solutions to business problems and opportunities. This includes formulating and defining system scope and objectives across diverse platforms, technologies, and tools; as well as partnering with IT management to identify and analyze business needs and provide recommendations for technology solutions. This role will contribute towards the evaluation of new business requirements and define system scope changes; collaborate with suppliers and vendors to evaluate software, hardware, or services and make recommendations; and review and analyze existing applications' effectiveness and efficiency. This role will also work with users to find opportunities to maximize performance and minimize costs; lead projects without direct supervision; and oversee development and execution of implementation and deployment plans. The IT Lead will also resolve customer complaints and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements in addition to providing guidance in system documentation.
Responsibilities
• Holds a working command and understanding of shop floor, Process orders, MRP, BOM, Routing/ Master Recipes, Production Versions, QA Lab, quality control and quality assurance processes
• Responsible for SAP and non-SAP technology enablement capabilities in the Production Planning and Quality Management domain
• Responsible for planning, development and delivery for changes/projects within North America systems
• Building strong partnerships with business at various levels of the organization

• Reports back to the Product Owner on status of the delivery of features, functionality, and applications
• Propose new and leverage existing J&J system solutions to build the global design.
• Can manage medium complex projects under tight time pressure
• Manage to assure compliance and alignment to all regulatory and business requirements
• Adhere to J&J standards (SDLC, CSV, GxP and SOX)
• Resolves business and technical challenges to deliver on time, cost and quality and to ensure realization of business benefits
• Effectively communicate expectations and status to team members and partners in a timely and clear fashion

• 3 – 5 years SAP experience required, PP/ QM Module experience preferred. (Preferably by being member, team lead within at least 2 SAP implementations or equivalent knowledge gained in support organization)
• 1 – 3 years Non Conformance Management experience preferred (i.e. with Trackwise, Symphony, SAP tools)
• Solid background resp. experiences in conceptual (redesign of business processes and IT solutions)
• Experiences in project management, preferably in multi-project and multi-cultural setup
• GxP related experience as it pertains to FDA standards - preferred
• Practical hands-on configuration experience within the SAP PP/ QM module
• Extensive experience implementing or supporting the SAP PP/ QM module or interfaces to quality management systems
• Knowledge of GXP Processes, GAMP 5 standards
• Change management and Agile / Flow methodology
• Experience working with teams performing QA/QC and shop floor system related activities and third party inspections
• Experience collaborating in a cross-functional team environment
• A bachelor's degree or higher education from an accredited institution with focus IT, TechOps or QA related areas, like engineering or business management with focus on QA, operations and logistics
• Good communication skills
• Hands-on experience in Solution Manager
• Understanding of SAP Authorizations
