Healthcare Compliance Lead
Implements the Health Care Compliance (HCC) program locally for One J&J Vietnam cross business sectors (Medical Devices, Pharma, Consumer) under supervision of the Health Care Compliance Officer to ensure business practices and activities are in compliance with related J&J internal guidelines, local laws and regulations and anti-corruption laws including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Serves as a strategic business partner for local management and coach towards all covered employees, to assure that the company culture of compliance is a natural element in day to day business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Involve in development and execute processes to effectively drive HCC compliance and improvements in line with changing business needs and the regulatory environment
• Lead implementation of the Health Care Business Integrity Guide (FCPA)
• Lead & drive due diligence process for distributor and other third party management
• Interface with all relevant parties including senior management and HCPs regarding HCC requirements and interpretations
• Responsible for HCC education and training programs for all staff and relevant third parties.
• Support in the implementation an appropriate annual certification process for all employees
• Responsible for managing HCC self-monitoring, testing, self-assessment and risk assessment processes
• Work with other HCC contacts on cross border events and issues
• Report & track unplanned deviation
• Implement and follow up on the Management of Action Plan.
• Support appropriate investigations together with HCCO, Legal, Internal Audit and HR for any reports of potential misconduct on HCC matters
• Implement and maintain quarterly reporting metrics to management on Healthcare Compliance
• Other duty /project may be assigned.
• Knowledge of the Healthcare compliance, FCPA and related regulations.
