Health Policy Senior Manager
1. Identify and engage with policy makers, research institution and think tanks to get in-depth policy interpretation ;
2. Monitor and provide internal policy analysis as well as strategy recommendation, with focus on reimbursement, pricing and tendering;
3. Design and implement policy research platform to fulfill J&J policy advocacy objectives, with focus on reimbursement/payment/pricing policy reform;
4. Cross-team communication on policy issues to achieve internal alignment on advocacy plans.
